Terms of Service
Sharpvista and its operators ("the Company") run the ranked competitive platform. When you access the website, download the client, or play ranked matches, you're agreeing to follow these Terms of Service. Don't use the platform if you don't agree with anything here.
OWNERSHIP/RESTRICTIONS ON USE
Sharpvista owns and operates the platform. Everything on it—replay data, map designs, unit assets, leaderboard rankings, patch notes and everything else (the "Content")—belongs to the Company. Copyright and intellectual property law protect all of it. You can't modify, reproduce, distribute or sell any Content without written permission. Downloading replays and screenshots for your own analysis or to share with the community is fine, as long as you keep copyright notices and link back to Sharpvista. But don't republish patch notes, balance data or map layouts for money. If you want to use something commercially, reach out to us about licensing.
ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
We do our best to keep MMR calculations, leaderboard rankings and patch data accurate. That said, we don't guarantee everything is current, error-free or complete. We can correct, update or change data whenever we need to without telling you first.
LINKING
Our website links to third-party content like Discord communities, esports sites and strategy resources. Those aren't run by us and we don't control them. We can't promise that external sites are accurate, legal or complete, and we're not responsible for what's on them. Linking to something doesn't mean we sponsor it, work with it, or have the right to use anyone's trademarks or content. We'd appreciate hearing if you find a broken or problematic link on our platform.
PRIVACY
We take your privacy seriously. Check out our Privacy Policy to see how we collect, use and handle your information including ranked data, email addresses and session logs.
CHANGES AND TERMINATION
We can modify, update or shut down the platform or any part of it whenever we want. If we change these Terms of Service, we'll post the new version on the website. It's your job to check for updates regularly. Using the platform after we update the Terms means you accept them. If you're unhappy, you can stop using Sharpvista.
APPLICABLE LAWS
These Terms of Service follow the laws of Canada and the jurisdiction where Sharpvista operates. Any legal issue from these Terms or your use of the platform will be handled under those laws. If any part of these Terms gets ruled unlawful, that part gets removed but everything else still stands. These Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices on the website make up the whole agreement between you and Sharpvista about using the platform.
